Victor was FIRED FOR RACISM?
On March 29th, 2010 the Hard Rock Fired me for calling
someone I worked with a Racial Name. This NEVER happened. A Black Man LIED and Falsely
filed a report on me because I am a Republican and a Member of the Tea Party!
But was I givin the time of day? Nope. Was I even asked if
I did it? NOPE!!! Did I do it? NOPE!!! During a 15 minute conversation with a Black person
I worked with at the Hard Rock Las Vegas, many things were talked about and had I called
this person a racially biased name, he would have clocked me. We talked about something I
saw on the Discovery Channel and at the end 15 minutes later I mentioned I was going to
the Tea Party the next day to meet Sarah Palin and Ann Coulter and that I was a
Republican. At this point we parted ways and he wrote me up for calling him a name and I
was fired.

If I were a racist would I have black friends, hang out with black people or even let
myself be photographed with them? Would they hang out with ME???

So I am obtaining a Lawyer and am planning to sue the Hard
Rock as well as this person. But right now I lost my only income and lost my Raise,
Promotion and Bonus I was expecting. All my Rent and Bills were due this week and with no
money I am up the creek. Actually in the Creek.
I have a bunch of things in the Pawn shop so I am stuck

If you read everything about me, you will see that I humble
myself and tell almost everything about me and my life. I try to always tell the truth and
try to always be honest. I share my feelings and beliefs no matter the personal cost. I've
lost a lot of friends just because they dislike something about me i.e. my honesty and/or
my beliefs in Politics etc... I've been doing ok and now this major set back has stressed
me out. I have broke into hives and it has taken a toll on my depression. Everyone keeps
telling me to quit whining and go get a job. 1, I had a job, 2 I lost that job, 3 there
are not many jobs here in Vegas and those that are here there are 1000+ applications for
each one as I have filled out about that many applications in the almost 2 years I have
been here. A lot of people have promised me work, and/or promised to buy some jewelry or
to help or whatever but as of now, 1 person has done anything. I've been offered a few
things after June but I have to stay alive until then.
I've had some ups and downs and lost my Myspace profile and
had to start over and now I could really use a hand up and a little help getting out of
the creek.
I really hate this and have been trying to get out of the
holes I have been in but every corner I turn I fall into even deeper holes.
Please please please look at my jewelry page and pick
something off my sale items page. I have stuff starting at $15-20. I really appreciate
anything and would love to see you in my jewelry. I am humbly on my knees asking for some
help.
